slow it down…

with our time in Mexico City fresh on our hearts we’re writing again today.  we started the day off with an idea that the guys in the band wrote.  it was a pretty intense rock song with a few different sections that were cool, but never felt cohesive.  joe was wanting to work on a drum part he was playing on the verse and it was pretty tricky, so he slowed it down so he could practice it for a bit.  when he slowed it down…that’s when the magic fell.

we finished the song in a matter of minutes after that.

we’re about to record another take of it.
